Individual Therapy
Individual therapy (often called psychotherapy or counseling) is a process wherein you and your therapist collaboratively work towards a goal/s of healing, growth, and greater quality of life and functioning. Person-centred, trauma-informed care as utilised during sessions, allows for the creation of an environment that fosters collaboration, growth and promotes a feeling of safety and security, while facilitating the exploration and resolution of emotional blocks.

EFT Couples/Marriage Therapy
Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) is a short-term (eight to 20 sessions) and structured approach to couples' therapy. It is grounded in research while focusing on negative communication patterns and love as an attachment bond. EFT provides a language for healthy dependency between partners and looks at key moves and moments that define an adult love relationship. The primary goal of the model is to expand and re-organize the emotional responses of the couple. The process reduces couples’ conflict while creating a more secure emotional bond.
Relationship enrichment workshops are based on the internationally acclaimed research of Drs. John & Julie Gottman. These workshops offer couples the opportunity to gain new insights and research-based relationship skills that can dramatically improve the relationship. Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy and attachment theory is incorporated into the Gottman teachings. These workshops provide a learning opportunity for couples at any stage of their relationship. It is not intended for couples with serious relationship difficulties, but rather an opportunity to strengthen your relationship skills and enrich the relationship. For more serious concerns, couples therapy is recommended.
